Subscription Terms of Service

1. Subscription Plans

StockWire X offers paid subscription plans that provide access to premium content, including full-length articles, exclusive video analysis, and advanced company intelligence. Plan details, including pricing and features, are available on our plans page.

2. Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on either a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

By providing your payment details, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on each billing date until you cancel your subscription.

3. Free Trial

Where a free trial is offered, it will be specified at the time of sign-up. At the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled beforehand.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium content until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

5. Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us at billing@stockwirex.com.au.

6. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change via email. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

7. Account Sharing

Subscription access is for a single named user only. Sharing your account credentials with others is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.
